Had a problem with my heater, found United and decided to give them a try. Best experience I’ve ever had with a service company. They told me that they can have someone over in an hour, hour and a half. I was surprised that they actually showed up on time. The technician was able to get my heater working again, the same day! I was very impressed. They also did a tune up to my ac unit for free! Highly recommend these guys! Definitely will call them again for any future repairs.

You know that annoying habit of typical repair people who quote you an arrival time of between 2pm and next June? I’m happy to say this was not the case with these guys. When my dad’s heating and AC unit stopped working when they were out of town, I couldn’t waste my time driving across town to their place and wait all day for the repair guy to show up. I called up these guys, made an appointment with Brad, and was reassured he would be punctual.

I was more than satisfied. Brad was prompt, fixed my dad’s AC/Heating unit quickly, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the repair costs.How refreshing to not dread getting something fixed by a professional.
